Reliable and professional service, period! I usually dont like providing reviews. Although this is my 2-nd request for the service- both times there were different appliances 1st time a washing machine, 2nd a dishwasher, and both times my wife and I were totally satisfied. Our family is very busy lately and Sergey was overly accommodative and was able to find a working window in his busy schedule to come and fix the issues. The 2nd one wasnt the easiest, as we have a very expensive unit and its hocked up to an old de-calk filter. The problem was found and solved quickly with given options to choose from, without extra material purchased, just time to adjust and repair charged. On top of that, I was given is a very clear explanation as to how to avoid problems in the future with my household appliances had been fixed and our refrigerator.
