We had been contemplating this renovation for a few years and kept putting it off because we just didnt feel confident in anyone we spoke to. When Holden came to the house the very first time we knew we had found the company for the job. His knowledge and experience showed. He was informative, polite, confident and reassuring. He explained the entire process and worked with us every step of the way - even when I was beginning to have second thoughts about what we had gotten ourselves into, he remained calm and provided solutions and ideas for issues unrelated to his part of the job.
