I purchased a Apple Mac laptop for my mom from James Snow. After having it for a few months we ran into a problem and did not know what to do with the pc.contacted James Snow he had us ship the pc back and he discovered that the charger wasn't working so he shipped it back with another charger. I highly recommend others to buy computers and have them repaired by Mr.James Snow. Action, Ontario
