We have used Raintree for approximately 15 years and have always been satisfied. I am not sure if the company has been taken over this year or what has happened but the service is terrible. Unfortunately, you are asked to pay for your plan in advance which we paid for in early April 2023. First problem, they forgot to schedule our opening and our grass turned brown. When they did finally acknowledge that we were missed and scheduled an appointment, they again didn't show up. When I called them I got a woops sorry for our mistake. Secondly we were scheduled for our first inspection waited home all day and they didn't show up again. I have written to the owner and requested a conversation and got no reply. Followed up and left him a message and still no rely. I am lost for words with this company and cannot recommend them to anyone.
