Carlo responded to our service request promptly and arrived at our property with a member of his crew at the scheduled time. He not only removed a wasp nest that was located just under our roof, but inspected the property for any other potential problem areas and sprayed to ensure those areas were problem-free of wasps at no additional charge. His fee was very competitive and he was a pleasure to deal with. We had used Carlo about one year ago and won't hesitate to call him again in the future for pest control. Highly recommended!

It's always a bit hard to believe when the reviews for a company are so uniformly positive. But having just had the same great experience with Tim and his crew as others have documented on Homestars, I can honestly say it's all true! Within minutes of requesting a quote form Oaks Home Services through Homestars, Tim had called to ask when it would be convenient for him to come by our property to provide a quote. He arrived promptly at our agreed time the next day and provided a quote on the spot. The quote was very fair and reasonable and we agreed to hire Oaks. Tim estimated that his crew could begin work within one week and they arrived precisely a week later ready to work. The crew was usually 4 hard-working guys, sometimes augmented to 6. They worked extremely hard and efficiently, always polite and respectful of us and our neighbours. They expertly demolished and removed our very old fence and eliminated major weeds, weed trees and vines that had grown behind the fence. Both those tasks were done thoroughly and efficiently. Tim regularly consulted with us to make sure we were happy with the job and to ask if there were any issues that we wanted to address. The new fence looks great and our property was left clean and free of any debris from the job. We are thrilled with the quality of the work and the speed with which it was accomplished, a mere two days from start to finish (obviously it helps when you have a crew of at least 4 very skilled and organized guys who start early in the morning and work until 7:30pm!). Thanks Tim and crew for the excellent work, reliability, and quick response. And thank you for staying within budget! I highly recommend this company without any hesitation!

From start to finish we were very pleased with the clarity, professionalism, and workmanship. Jon Fitzgerald was great in explaining our options and very fair with his quote. He went beyond the usual call of duty by helping us out when the tarp that had been negligently installed by another company failed nd caused leaks to the interior of our home. Not only did Jon come to inspect what happened but also he immediately replaced the faulty tarp on his own to ensure that we would not experience any further damage to our home until his company could send a crew to replace our roof. The crew that did replace our roof arrived promptly, worked very efficiently and did an excellent cleanup job when the work was completed. Leo, the quality control supervisor inspected the work and was helpful in ensuring that all was done properly. We chose this company based on recommendations from two extended family members who had been very satisfied with work that had been done a couple of years ago. We would highly recommend this company.
