Makhoul was great. I had lost A/C in the middle of the summer and he provided me with a variety of solutions at different price points to resolve the situation. I ended up going with a new unit. He prioritized my needs and had the new A/C installed in a matter of days. Communication was excellent. He was easily accessible and if needed I would use his services again.
