We had numerous quotes but settled on using Premier North Windows & Doors due to their straight forward answers and patience in addressing our needs and budget. Barry (owner) himself visited us multiple times to review and put together a plan of action. Great care was taken to ensure that what we were promised was delivered. Calls and text messages were answered promptly. There was no sugar-coating expectations. We were thoroughly explained what the end product would be and what we would receive with our budget. Denys and his crew of installers were professional in all discourse and responded to any concerns with a suitable solution. The job was performed in 1 day (all 14 windows and door) with care taken in cleaning up during and after installation. It is refreshing finding a company in the renovation business that cares about not just doing a job but doing it correctly and up to the customers expectations. We will be recommending this company to our family and friends. Great job guys!!!
