John is fantastic with the work he did for us. He asked us to send a video of the window issue and he knew what the root cause was. He immediately set a date, came and fixed the issue. He explained us why this issue occurred and also gave us tips just in case we encounter the same issue in future. Very transparent in dealing and a very warm guy. I am definitely recommending his services to my friends.
