LSI provided detailed consultancy as to what needs to be done. They also advised that some of the work we are asking is not necessary, which they could have performed and added to the Bill. We have had no issue with their work after many years. We have asked for their consultancy many times over the years and they charged us nothing.
I have seen several of their work and those by their group, all a cut above the rest. In fact one of their luxury build homes was chosen by a major charity as their donation draw prize. One could not last in this business for decades if not a pro.
