Contempro was one of the companies I have hired when renovating my house. Roman was really helpful and I was really impressed with his designing skills. He helped me to choose tiles and fixtures for the bathroom and throughout the whole process of the reno he was there to answer my questions and concerns. His attention to detail can be seen in his whole work. The tiles look great and the custom vanity he made seems much more expensive then it was. Highly recommended.

We have called Toronto Appliance to repair a kitchenaid range, that we still have under warranty. The technician, Victor, came to repair it. His attitude was really frustrating right from the beginning. He refused to take his shoes off, when asked ( it was rainy and muddy outside) and it seemed like we were taking up his time. He came 7 times and replaced the same burner 3 times then tried to replace spark module but the problem still wasn't fixed. He promised to call us and never called back. He was rude and unreliable. We have contacted the office and were promised a supervisor's call with a solution for the problem. However, we have never heard from them since. Very bad service.

Everything worked out great. It was easy to choose Ambia windows. They have good windows for the best prices. I have done extensive research and I have found several companies with the same windows ( from the same manufacturer) and Ambia came out as the best deal. The installers were probably the best contractors we have had during our house renovation. Very professional, skilled, efficient and also nice. There was a little bit of time delay when getting the quote for the windows,so this is an area they can work on in the future, but still a good service. Thanks.
