Needed the upstairs bathroom shower head, faucet, and taps replaced. The space is tiled and the existing system was probably from the 1990s. The G.A. Plumbing rep. went above and beyond when I dropped the ball and had not picked up the new parts to be installed so Andy in addition to grabbing the hardware (the other stuff) grabbed the taps, shower head & faucet for me- matching the colour and style when the product I had picked wasn't in stock. He did a very, very good job. He worked quickly, efficiently, communicated well and was an overall pleasant, nice guy. Ill be a repeat customer and will be recommending Andy & G.A. Plumbing
