We had blinds installed in our house by Mayfair Drapery about 10 years ago. We have been very pleased with the quality and durability of our blinds. Recently we needed some guidance as to how to remove our blinds in the kitchen (for painting). Mark, the Manager, actually came to our house to assist in this matter. He also helped to fix one of the blinds where the cord had become tangled. We are very impressed by this excellent customer service, even after a number of years after purchase.
