Designix renovated my bathroom several years ago and for the last 5 years I have had water leaking in my walls. Recently, in the course of another renovation that is adjacent to the problem bathroom, I discovered the source of the water leakage. Designix negligently installed a drop in tub instead of a wall mount tub with the necessary lip, which allows the wall to cover the tub edge, thus creating a water tight seal. Sunday: My Garage door is not operating properly and I think that I have spring problems, so I send Chris an email. Same evening Chris emails back, How about lunch time on Monday? I confirm. Chris shows up on time and says that I don't need a transplant (springs) just some physio (adjustments)! I wish that more companies both big and small would deliver service like this! I have an appointment & my car is in the garage with a broken door in my way. A call to Chris & he finds a way to fix my door way before the time that I have to leave. Watching him work is like watching a SWAT team in action! Also, he supplies information instead of arm twisting. WOW, what rare service! Tony
