10 year old KitchenAid bottom mount stopped cooling, needed a circuit board ordered in. Technician was prompt in coming, diagnosed the problem quickly, reviewed options thoroughly, put the order in motion. They have a phone update system that is partially automated which works really well. The fridge and freezer are great now! Will be rehiring for the next appliance soon...
