Replace broken garage door spring
They were on time (to the minute, normally unheard of), professional and willing to discuss the door hardware in general and fixed an issue that we had with the door - unrelated to the spring replacement. He was in and out in just under an hour, and gave instructions for general lubrication/maintaince going forward.
