They did our fence in 2022. He used a nail gun and blew the nails through many of the boards causing them to split. The nails also went right through the support 2x4s and the points were exposed on the other side. Two of the locations he missed the 2x4 behind altogether. Sam promised to come back several times but has never shown up. He was busy so i said i would do the repairs myself if he dropped off the replacement boards but again did not show up.

Our repairs are usually done near the end of the season which was cleared with you multiple times through text. Due to the amount of times you called, we tried putting your name on our priority list to have a day booked for you during our busy schedule with no luck.
