We contacted Vahid from All Seasons to provide a home inspection as well as an energy audit. From the first call to the detailed 60 page! report , we are very happy with the service. Vahid walked us through the house and went over every issue he spotted - which to a house that's 50 years old - there was a few! The PDF report is super helpful as I use that as a base to get all the help I need from other trades. Vahid also did an energy audit for us which was super helpful in knowing which areas to focus on. Oh and we even got some asbestos testing done on some suspect areas. Quick turnarounds on everything. Would recommend Vahid to anyone!
