Still waiting for my 100$ deposit back. The move was completed and was way over the estimate, but I paid regardless with no issues. However, I was told that I would get my initial deposit back, but never did. When I questioned this, they stopped answering me altogether. To make matters worse, the mover then decided it was a good idea to message me privately on my personal cell phone AFTER the job was complete and I had paid the full bill to ask me about THEIR tip, but again ignored me when I asked about my deposit refund?
