While the installation appears fine, I was double-billed for 4 months as Green Planet did not return the uninstalled previous equipment promptly. I have been waiting almost one year to receive reimbursement. Furthermore, I have been waiting 2 months for Green Planet's promised rebate after 1 year of installation. Finally, the sales person's claim of my heating/cooling savings with their new equipment was definitely overinflated.

We had windows put in top floor.Work was well done,except one large window,we could feel cold air.We called Atlantic windows,and they promptly came back to rectify the problem.Were pleased with the company

We were pleased with the price and quality of the windows we purchased for our home. We felt, however, we should not have replaced our front door, as we have noticed no difference in coldness in that area of our home. Also, the lockset broke and we purchased a new one that was identical to the one from House Proud at a fraction of the cost. (The manufacturer of the lockset reimbursed us for our cost of the second one we purchased, not House Proud, as the manufacturer had a lifetime warranty on the lockset).
