From the beginning Chris was very responsive, friendly, and professional. He came to see what I wanted to do and gave me different options. I was very happy with the work that he did and was happy to see that he did a great job cleaning everything up. He also labeled the switches that I had labeled before.

I saw them at the Toronto home show and liked the fact that the sliding door closed slower. They came to install, but when it was finished the screen door didn't close slowly. I was told that I needed to get a speed reducer. I was never told that this was an option. I talked to the company and they decided to come back and install it for me. I was very happy that they were willing to make me happy. The installation went well and it looks great. The installer also cleaned up after he finished.
