Andrew and his young team removed 2 trees from my back yard. I was very pleased with their work and their attitude, set by the good example from Andrew himself. From Andrew's on-site visit forward, everything went as scheduled. Andrew's advice and expertise ensured that the work was completed efficiently and in a timely manner. I purchased a Living Social voucher for window cleaning with Miracle W.C. I called in late April for an appointment to have the work done and was told that they were booked until June. But within a day, Rob kindly notified me of a cancellation and offered a much earlier date. Rob communicates through email efficiently and professionally both with confirmations and reminders. He arrived promptly as scheduled and proceeded with the work. There was no hard sell for anything beyond what the coupon stated. Rob's work was excellent. Windows were cleaned along with ledges etc. and in a tidy and timely manner. Rob is capable, professional and good-natured.
