We had a Generac Generator installed by Matt & his team in Jan 2023, the generator worked once in May during an outage but has failed since then. Customer service has been frustrating as Matt does not respond. I have contacted Generac directly to help resolve my ongoing issue, especially with temps getting colder. Disappointing experience. I would not recommend.
