The mechanism on our older blind broke. After the initial visit the part was ordered from H-D twice and twice they sent the wrong part (because our blind is old). Avery's team sourced the part locally and reinstalled my blind in a 10 minute visit. The work was not covered by warantee and the cost for the work with three visits because of the wrong part was more than fair. I wish everyone was as knowledgeable, professional and caring about what they do.

This is what one should expect. Professionalism from the first call requesting a quote to the written quote, on-time work crew, exceptionally talented Glen and Mark who executed the project beautifully, on time, and left my house clean and in good order. All this was accomplished while calmly managing a paint mixing error by the paint store! Yup, professionalism!

I can never buy something in the first store I visit. Whenever I've needed lighting (and ceiling fans) for my renovation and upgrading projects I have to visit several places. I don't know why I persist in this behavior because after all that "shopping" I invariably end up where the selection is broad, the staff very helpful and the prices fair - Royal Lighting.
