Andrew came by and installed the Samsung Frame 65 inch above my fireplace flawlessly. We ran into the issue of having some horizontal wooden blocks that are blocking the installation of the enclosing needed for the one connect box that he was able to resolve. Overall, great installation, enclosure for one connect box, TV, and also suggested a smart switch so I can restart the TV remotely. Very happy! The price I put includes the enclosure + smart switch, installation was quoted at $500, enclosure $150, smart switch $20, I threw in an extra $50 for the good service/installation.

Great inspector. Shawn was very thorough with our 30 day pre-construction inspection. He made a detailed report and caught leaking furnace and one side of the bedroom without any insulation. He also detailed an incredible amount of cosmetic finishing issues with the home, each one with a photo.
