Thank goodness for Black Jack HVAC! I moved into my home a little over one year ago. A couple of days before Christmas, my furnace wouldnt turn on. I called another company who replaced some parts but warned me that I would soon need to replace the unit along with all the piping and some duct work. The furnace has intermittently worked since the repair. A couple of days ago, the furnace again would not start. Expecting the worst, I called Black Jack to come have a look. Best decision I could have made!! John and Barry arrived right on time. They spent a long time diagnosing the problem (not just looking for a quick, costly fix). They addressed the root cause and now my furnace is working great. Both guys were very friendly. They treated me and my home with respect and left everything spotless. Not only did they make my problem go away, but now I have HVAC technicians that I can trust for any future concerns. Oh, and the price? Less than the service call fee from the other company last year! Thank you John and Barry!!!
