Phil and Randy arrived on time and began the inspection right away. I mostly followed Phil around as he checked various systems in the house. I thought they were very professional and super knowledgeable about everything I asked about. Even though they were a team of two and I could only follow one person I never felt like I missed out on seeing any part of the house. They both made sure I understood everything they found and answered all of my questions. We had a previous home inspection about 10 years ago with another company that was only 1 person and took about half the time Phil and Randy did. So with this inspection I really felt like it was thorough and we received great value. I really enjoyed working with them and wouldn't hesitate to reccomend them to anyone looking for a home inpsection.
