This was a big job and 3 painters came and spend 4 days removing the popcorn ceilings, patching up flaws in the drywall and ceilings all over the 2 story house, then painting. The attention to detail in the plastering as remarkable. We are very pleased with the quality of the work. The only small issue we have is a couple of doors aren't closing properly and sticking in the frames. We will have to sort that out eventually by planing and repainting those areas.

We called on Mark for a second quote after getting recommendations from a local firm that had supplied up with carpeting in the past. Mark advised us that the carpet recommended by the other supplier was not suitable for our needs. We have a small, senior, sometimes incontinent pet and the carpet recommended by the other firm would have gotten caught in her nails and been very slippery. The advice Mark gave us about correcting some squeakiness in the floorboards before the new carpet would be installed was invaluable. Our new broadloom was laid in a day (a very long day for the installers!). It looks great and we are very pleased that the floors don't squeak anymore too. Thank you for steering us in the correct direction for carpet choice. BTW, the dog 'christened' the new carpet and cleanup was a breeze! No staining and easy to clean.
