Experience and knowledgeable with a big heart on helping peolpe
A big thank you to John from Blackjack. He helped me save $500 from what I suppose to pay for the emergency service. Our furnace and thermostat had no power all the sudden at 8:45pm. I called blackjack from google search and did not know where he located. Turns out he is in Salmon Arm and Im in Vernon, but he did not turn me away, instead doing phone troubleshooting. John instantly knows the issue just by asking few questions and I, have no knowledge but fix it by following his instructions. Really save my night in the cold temperature. Thank you so much.
