Carick Home Improvements has completed four projects in our home since 2012. Each project was a step towards the full renovation of our 56 year old North York home. Our first project in 2012 renovated the 2nd floor bathroom, added an en-suite bathroom and refreshed all the upper floor rooms and the landing area. There were two subsequent renovation projects for another bathroom/laundry room and for the kitchen/foyer/living/dining rooms. Our last project to renovate the family room and basement was completed this summer 2023. New drywall replaced the old wood panelling in the family room and basement. The old fireplace was removed from the family room and new flooring was installed throughout. We have been very pleased with all the work done so far. The interior of our home is now fully refreshed and is looking great. Joel has managed each of these projects for us with great care and professionalism resulting in fantastic results. Joel has retained a team of experienced tradespeople over the years that do high quality work. Each project was managed to stay on schedule and on budget. Overall we are happy with the work that Carick Home Improvements has done for us. Joel and his crew do quality work, on-time and at the quoted price.
