Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with Chinook. I had done some research and they were recommended. Initial customer service was good as they agreed to replace my spare bedroom window by Mid-August due to guests staying in room for family wedding. Discussed was also a Canada green Energy program. Agreement was made on June 14th. By 1st week of August I had not heard, called and was informed window would not be ready until September. Expressed my concern but had no choice but to move forward. Window was installed by Mid-Sept and installers were great and very professional, hence one star! When I had the Company in for Canada Green energy grant we became aware this Lux window is Energy Star Certified as discussed. I have left a message but as usual have not received any feedback. This company cannot be trusted and has a real lack of customer follow thru.
