We spent a couple of months looking into buying materials for our bathroom renovations. It seemed an overwhelming task, until we went to Marcon. Fatima helped us choose everything we needed, within our budget, and patiently continued to provide advice until our bathroom was done. Gino helped us deal with a couple of 'emergencies' on our side that we thought were impossible to resolve. And the delivery driver (I believe Silvio) delivered our items with a smile, even when we changed our mind and he had to make an additional trip (free of charge). This is the fourth fall that I have hired Biss to prepare my boiler for the winter season. We couldn't be happier with the customer service and the quality of work we received from Anta Plumbing. We had sewage back-up caused by an almost complete blockage in our wastewater service line. A portion of the line had to be replaced. The stressful situation was alleviated by their knowledgeable and professional staff. It was obvious to us that the crew and the company genuinely care about their customers and that they also care about providing a high quality service. Because of that, and to prevent future surprises, we immediately hired them to install a backwater valve and complete some other work. Again, they delivered.
