I am overall satisfied with their services, especially the very caring and considerate support by Ben. In general, it has been a pleasure to work with the company. Rainbow Homes introduced several contractors who each worked on a specific part of the project including garage building and backyard landscaping. If there is any area for improvement, I would strongly suggest that they come up with a more comprehensive three-party agreement covering more details, such as the precise scope of work, delivery time, list of permits, list of standard materials included in the pricing etc, such that customers will not run into the possibility of refinancing towards the end of the reno project. I would not hesitate to use their service again in the future.
