The initial sales team was great, but once the project started there was delay after delay. After 4 months after our expected install date it was installed, only problem is they didn't send the proper paperwork to Fortis for a meter install, adding another month and a half. After service support seemed not to know what is going on, you will be on hold for 30-40 min before they answer if they answer at all. I have requested to speak with a manager of some sort to finally sort some of these issues out, requested 4 times through email and 3 times over the phone... no call back. I don't usually write reviews but this is the worst experience I've ever had with a company. If you want to save yourself a headache, choose a another company, there are many out there.
