Our furnace broke down during one of the coldest days, and serviceman Craig came to the house the same day, discovered the problem and fixed it. We greatly appreciate the prompt service and was very impressed from start to finish on the service call and the knowledgeable service. He had helpful tips on furnace longevity. We'd definitely recommend him in the future if the furnace misbehaves again.
