This is the second time I've called Jermaine to help fix an appliance (1st - washing machine, 2nd - dishwasher), and both times he has been terrific. Professional, was able to schedule quickly, arrived on time, clear about the problems and the costs, reasonably priced. I will use his services again, and highly recommend him.
