My experience with this company and its principal officers has not been a good one. Within a few days of driveway paving (June 2022) a split appeared in the new asphalt. It would seem to be an easy repair for the company at the start by heating the asphalt and pressing the split together. ( This possible solution was noted, but not followed up, by a principal officer during a later viewing.) I contacted the company within the first few days of laying the asphalt and requested they view and repair it as per the written contract 2-year guarantee. Since that date -16 months- I was in frequent contact with them through emails and telephone discussions about the problem including having sent them a picture of the split as an attachment to an email early in the communications. They did later reply to this email but failed to acknowledge the picture provided. I received numerous assurances that the problem would be fixed. It became obvious that through their continual stalling tactics, they had no intention to correct the situation and I just gave up any dependence on them to resolve. The company can do a good job as shown by the area driveways they completed, but when problems develop the company avoids its written contract guarantee obligation with continual assurances, both written and verbal, that fail to materialize. The lower rating is based on the lack of after-service they have displayed. I would not recommend this company if any reliance was to be placed on their written or verbal guarantee to stand behind their service. J.M.
