A Nightmare Experience: My Disastrous Encounter with Max Water Flow. I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Max Water Flow out of Ontario, Canada , and it's safe to say that it was nothing short of a nightmare. From the abysmal quality of their products to their utterly dismal customer service, this company has managed to excel at providing an all-around terrible experience. Filters and housings that didn't fit, housings that leaked and housing sumps that wouldn't thread into the housing cap. In summary, dealing with Max Water Flow has been a regrettable journey. If you value your money, time, and sanity, I strongly advise against considering their products. There are plenty of reputable NSF/ANSI 42 certified water filtration companies out there with products that actually work and customer service that doesn't make you question your life choices. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.
