I was trying to dig out a stump myself and didn’t realize how much work was involved. So I called around and Fraser Tree Service came and looked at the job. We agreed on a fair price. They were less than other quotes. Mike was in and out in about a 1/2 hour. Very happy with the work. We will use them again when the cherry tree has to come down.
All type paving did my driveway about a year ago. During the spring many cracks started to appear. Now they are large enough to cause me concern, and there are a lot of them. I had the salesperson (I wanted one of the owners) come by and look at the cracks, he said he will speak with the owner about the cracks. It's been a while and haven't heard from him. I hope I didn't waste thousands of dollars with this company if I have to call another paving company to rip up the old(new) driveway. In this economy these guys are not treating me very well. All I can recommend is people should look at other companies also.
How many times does a company promise to show up and finish the work? It has been 4 times so far and I am still waiting. The drawer fronts were made the wrong size and an upper cabinet had a warped door. It has been over a month and I am still waiting for someone to show up and finish. Phone calls have been ignored, but when I go in to talk to someone..."no problem the installer will show up". Not so. How much time do I need to take off work? This is very frustrating, it's a small bathroom just 6' wide. .................the cabinets are finally completed, they look nice.

In my business I visit a lot of homes and I'm able to see people's renovations. Once in a while I see bath fitters tubs and surrounds, so I asked the home owner how much. I thought it was a lot at the time. I compared how much to do the work myself and I would have saved about a 1/4 of the cost so I had them in. When I called, the lady who answered was pleasant to talk to. The sales rep showed up on time. He floored my wife with the price. We called back a week later with the go ahead. The installer showed up on time, finished the work on time, yes the tub/wall surround/plumbing was all done in one day (if I did the job it would have taken me a week doing the work when I got home from work). We called about a small leak at the shower sill, and the same installer came by to reseal around the shower door. No fuss, no hassle, everybody said yes. Pleasant overall experience. Now we are finding the water pools along the top edge of the tub along the silicone, and pooling in the corners. The manager came by and saw for himself that there is a problem. They replaced the tub and corrected the issue with no complaints. Their service is very good.

I like buying local and this company has been here a while. We went in, saw something we liked, price was good. They held the cut off we chose for a couple of weeks. Installation was sooner than they projected. We noticed a small mark and they came by the next day to remove it. No fuss, no hassle. Will we use them again? You bet.
