Where reviews and starts make a difference!!! Don't deal with this company and the guy. I recently hired Dr. Foggy Bob for a window replacement service and, unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The main issue I encountered was the quality of the installation. Despite the promise of clear and durable windows, what I received was quite the opposite. The windows are consistently foggy, leaking water, and not meeting the expectations set prior to installation. I reached out to Bib to address these issues, hoping for a resolution or at least a discussion on how we could rectify the situation. However, my concerns were met with a lack of responsiveness. Bob refused to revisit the service to assess or correct the problems, which was disappointing. While I understand that not every service can be perfect, the unwillingness to address customer complaints or provide follow-up support was disheartening. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Dr. Foggy for window replacement services. I believe that customer service is crucial, especially when it comes to rectifying issues.
