Had a few problems with the electric plugs in my basement, the outlet had a mind of its own and only wanted to work when it wanted. A very tall gentleman came to my home and took a look at it, he was very smart and knowledgable. He walked me threw everything he was doing (I was probaby being a pain in the butt) but Roy was very patient and knew exactly what he was doing. He got the job done in a timely manner, and not only did he do a good job, he was polite and didnt treat me like "just another customer." The best part is he was AFFORDABLE!! 100% would recommened him!!! Great Job, Roy!!! This is exactally how a business should be run!!
