We had just put an offer on our first home and it was conditional on getting an inspection within 3 business days. Vahn was able to make time for us and complete the inspection as well as report within time. He gave us a thorough walkthrough of everything in the new house, the issues, maintenance advice as well as tricks on how to do what ourselves! His inspection report was detailed and covered everything. We are glad we chose Vahn!
