Wednesday morning we awoke to no heat just the fan running. My daughter, owner fo several properties suggested the only company she would use was Air Source. One call to Jordan and 2 technicians arrived mid day. After several tests they determined the 18yr old furnace had to be replaced and was red tagged. Doug, (sales) came that evening and was very informative as to replacements. A quote was received early next day and we gave the go ahead. Friday, Josh and Rayne returned and replaced the furnace. As a former servce mgr. with a large HVAC company in Toronto, I was impressed with their workmanship and knowledge. I can only say how happy we were to have called the right company and will now have them install a heat pump to reduce our propane usage.
