Michael is the best home inspector we have used and the inspection report is excellent - incredibly detailed and well-written with lots of photos showing what the deficiencies are. He inspected a house with a laneway for us with multiple heating, cooling, and mechanical systems. Very nice touch to provide a separate summary document of the key deficiencies as that was very handy to refer to as we had a short time frame to remove our house inspection subjects. He was very professional and pleasant, and took his time to do a thorough inspection and explain the results to us as we did a walk-thru. Definitely recommend him.
