Regrettably, I am unable to share a positive review at this time. Leading up to the move, the company was quite responsive and readily able to set up my move. I received an email quote almost instantly and was able to plan my move via email with Treigh quote easily. Oddly enough, when my movers showed up, 2 persons not 3 as advertised, the first question they asked me was why did I choose Energy Crew given the mediocre reviews online. I told them I had a pleasant experience setting up the move and having my date accommodated and that everyone is entitled to their own opinion. During the move, one of my items was damaged. I received an email the day after my move asking me to write a Homestars review or to reach out to the company if there were any issues. My move was 3 weeks ago. In that time I have sent several emails and left several voicemails concerning my damanged property with no response from Treigh or any other Energy Crew staff. On one occasion, I was able to speak with Treigh and was told I would be forward a claims form by email right away, this ever happened and since then I have been unable to reach the company for help. I am disappointed by how I have been ignored. The movers were friendly, my invoice wasn't paid promptly. Insurance was included with the move and it is disheartening to feel that this company is taking advantage of a customer by refusing my right to make a claim.
