We used Love Your Rug after seeing their billboard in town and reading the review on Home Stars. Zero regrets. Fantastic white glove service. The website is very easy to use to generate a quote. The Customer Service they offer is fantastic. Jenni was very much on top of our order, asking clarifying questions and very supportive. Rogers and Bell could learn a thing or two about customer service from them. Matthew was also fantastic. He picked up our rugs from our porch on time, even giving us a courtesy heads up call that he was arriving. Same when he dropped off the rugs this morning. If Jenni and Matthew are indicative of the type of people Love Your Rug employs, then trust me when I say your carpets and rugs are in good hands. Will use them again in the future, especially with small kids.

I tried to install a new Moen faucet and handle myself but struggled to get the cartridge out of he valve from our shower. Glen took on the job which turned into a 3 hour endeavor. Turns out the cartridge had never been changed in 20 years and was basically soldered in. Drill bits, pliers, hammer all slowly chipped it away. Glen and his assistant were persistent. Someone else would have given up and just told me it was a lost cause and I'd need to cut a hole in the dry wall to remove the entire valve and cap the pipes but Glen kept at it. HIs persistence paid off. I would absolutely 100% recommend Glen for any job!

We purchased our windows from Ontario Aluminum 5 years ago and they've been great. We had a minor incident at home where the bracket jammed and I accidently forced the window to pop out of the frame. Went in store to speak with someone about repairs. Spoke to Joshua who offered to come up to Bolton next day after close and fix the issue. Next day Joshua was at our house even though it rained and the 400 was a mess. Fixed in 30 minutes. Fantastic service from Joshua really appreciate his service - once again thank you!

We hired Solocrete this summer to redo our property out front and in the back in Bolton. The job was completed in 2 weeks and the team did a fantastic job. Paula our rep was very detailed at the quotation stage, worked with us picking colours and stamp patterns. The job commence on August 30 and concluded 11 days later - on time and exactly as promised by Paula! They have different crews for different aspects of the job but each person is very qualified and they take pleasure in doing the job thoroughly and perfectly. The construction crew are the upmost professional and I would highly recommend Solocrete for anyone looking to do stamped concrete, especially has a cost effective option vs. stone landscaping.

We hired All Seasons this summer to redo our front, side and backyard with stamped concrete. Paula and Tino were fantastic to work with from beginning to end. Paula met with us a couple time to discuss options and pick colours. We knew going into this that there would be a 2 month wait since many of these companies are currently in demand. As you can see from the before and after pictures, the wait was well worth it. The project itself took 11 days to complete from excavation to sealing, with 2 rain days and a holiday in the middle. Tino and his crew are very efficient and professional. They will work with homeowners if you have a question and they make sure everything is done to perfection. I was a little worried about the porch as the flagstone was on its last legs but the finishing was fantastic. Albert - the king of finishing - you can tell he takes pride in his craft. I was very happy to work with All Season and I would highly recommend it as a better and more affordable option to stone landscaping.

I've been using Leroy for the last 5 years for fall maintenance. My furnace came with the house when it was first built in 2000. After 18 years, it was finally time to replace the furnace. Even through I did my research on specs and price points, I did not hesitate to call Leroy for the installation. He came in the morning and did the installation same day with his son David - who is a super nice guy. He also walks you through the energy rebate process and sets you up for the program. Pricing is very competitive with the marketplace and combined with the potential rebate, I am happy to say this will have been a very good investment. As I mentioned before, installation was done on the same day but was not rushed. David took his time to make sure everything was in proper order. Some guys rush the job and are out the door in 3 hours but David was very professional and you can tell he takes pride in his work. I would not hesitate to recommend Leroy and David for future jobs.

I hired Ontario Aluminum twice over the past 2 years and on both occasions, I was very satisfied with the work. It's not very easy to find someone to come up to Bolton for a job. They didn't put up a fuss. 2 years ago I decided to change my front door. After shopping around, I found Ontario Aluminum very affordable, reasonable (see Bolton comment above) and the door was very high quality. The installation was fast, professional, and flawless and to this day, I haven't had any issues with the door. Given my first experience, I hired Joe to replaced all my home windows last month. The quote was quick, they set up an appointment to come to my home to measure, and in 3 weeks, they turned around all 13 windows. Installation was fantastic again, they were able to preserve my interior wood trim without damaging it and the windows are great. Ontario Aluminum was recommended to me by 3 different people and they are very well known in the Portuguese community (working in it for at least 25 years). I can appreciate someone who makes their windows here in Toronto at their location providing local manufacturing jobs vs. importing them in from China. I have recommended Ontario Aluminum by word of month since.

I spoke to Ray and Lindita last week on Thursday to arrange a small job for my house. They were very courteous over the phone and in person. Ray promised he'd do the job in a week's time and he was bang on. Ray did the capping on my balcony for my new rails and I'm very satisfied with the finished product. Ray and his employee were friendly and completed the job on time. And the best thing - he comes up to Caledon/Bolton. A lot of companies think Bolton is as far away as Edmonton and don't want to take jobs up there so I would definitely recommend Ray for anyone looking for someone who needs Aluminum work done.
