We lost the top third of our chimney in a storm a couple of weeks ago. Rockwell Masonry was quick to respond. Steve was there at the exact time he promised, went up onto the roof and then explained the options to me in detail with pictures he had taken. He did not try to pressure me in any way. The chimney was replaced last Monday, and despite the huge windstorm we had on Friday, the chimney is standing tall. I am extremely pleased with the professionalism and quality of work. I have no hesitation in recommending Rockwell Masonry.

Quality of workmanship was very poor, and subsequent service was terrible. Had multiple leaks in the first few years, and the company refused to take any responsibility. PLEASE beware - spent thousands of dollars fixing the damage caused by leaks from my BRAND-NEW roof. Do NOT hire them. Feb. 27, 2014: With regard to the company's response, I would like to say their denial of knowledge of this issue and the customer relationship is definitely consistent with their earlier denial of responsibility for the considerable roof leak. Since I have already made numerous attempts to resolve this matter to no avail, I consider this response a ploy to appear to the public to be co-operative when in fact they are not. I would like other consumers to be aware of how, once they become a customer, their issues are so quickly ignored and forgotten.
