Mark was fabulous. He was very thorough and patient revisiting and requiring as the situation changed. He sourced a carpet that matched what weve had for 20 years. I am so impressed with the quality. Visitors did not even notice the replacement. His installation team was full versed in the detailed requirements. They were meticulous in both the installation and repair ensuring that the pile was directionally correct. They selected the best remnants for me and rolled and taped them for storage. I highly recommend Mark and his team for any of your carpet requirements.
