Don't do business with this company!
Installation date Feb. 22, 2023. Flooding Feb 23, 2023. The representatives from this company removed our old water heater and drained it using the washing machine drain pipe. They installed the new hot water heater and said the job was done. The next day when we used the washing machine the drain pipe had not been reconnected and our kitchen and hallway were quickly flooded damaging the floor. The worker came to assist us with industrial fans and brought a sample of flooring that he said he could have installed for us and we would at a later date discuss the division of the cost. After that we never heard from him again. We called and emailed with no response. So we are left with a damaged floor which had been newly installed with no Compensation. This company does not follow through on it's promises. We also think we were over charged for the work that was done. Do not do business with this company.

The outcome here is very unfortunate. I had assumed you guys would have known not to run the water with the pipe not being attached. I did my best to make it work for both of us since I didn't damage the floor, but I wanted to help you out. You also didn't tell me about the issue with the floor for months after the installation happened. I'm still willing to help you with your floor at a discounted rate. Please reach out if interested.
