We had our stairs renovated by Ideal Stairs. They replaced the carpet with hardwood and wooden balusters with iron balusters. While this was happening, we also had the carpet on our 2nd floor replaced with hardwood by another contractor. Ideal Stairs worked closely with our flooring contractor, ensuring a seamless work schedule. The crew was always careful and professional, and made sure their work areas were cleaned before leaving our house at the end of their work days. Ideal Stairs promptly answered any questions we had and addressed the few issues we raised to our satisfaction. We are very pleased with our new stairs which have vastly improved the look of our house.
