We bought a new ac unit from air central. Shannen was fantastic from the office. She answered emails in a timely fashion and the forms she sent were very straight forward and easy to fill out. Tim and Wyatt were fantastic on installation day. They took time to lay blankets throughout anywhere they were going in the house, kept a clean workspace and the install looks great. They removed our old unit with no hassle. At the end they took the time to follow up on how to use the unit and answer any questions I had.
